Before transitioning to Product Design, I spent 5+ years coaching and interacting directly with customers.
This informs my customer obsession and strategic stakeholder communication skills. Having experience in both educational nonprofits and high-growth tech startups, I bring a skillful balance of flexibility and principled inclusivity.
